Cool, Repurposed Window Dressing From Light Panels.

I was desperate for a unique way to dress this awkward window. I didn't want to use drapes as the adjacent wall was full of fabric. The perfect solution came after hours of meditating on the weirdest window ever!
As you can see, the window is high, off center and long. Mini blinds are not my thing and given the position of the window, I really only needed to filter the light.
This was the solution my over creative mind came up with! Acrylic lighting panels designed to filter florescent lighting.
I wanted to jazz 'em up a little so I stenciled on this cool pattern!
My first attempt to hang them failed {all the details are on the blog} but this solution worked perfectly!!
I hung them from a pipe, cut to fit from Home Depot.
The look changes from day to night, which I LOVE! Head over to the blog to see them all!
