Home Depot and Lowes sell all in one tubs with the walls attached. I would look into those. Or you can go to a mobile home supplier and see what they have to offer in replacements
Hi Pamela, here's a site I found that has info that might be of help, plus they have a "Chat" area to possibly get one on one help/advice. Often times mobile homes have slightly smaller sized fixtures than a regular home.

You could replace with water proof board that is plastic or purchase a tub surround. Either of those will be put up with glue on the back of the pieces. The board will be joined by plastic seams but the surround should be seamless. We did the tub surround walls in my daughter's mobile home and held it in place with painter's tape until the glue was dry.
