Makeup Vanity Makeover

Do you want to bring some old Hollywood charm back to your bedroom? What woman wouldn't want to treat herself, and have a place to sit and “get dolled up”? This makeover is timeless in design with a rustic antique look.
Here it is before.
This vanity came from an old home in our area. Thankfully the owner thought of us when she couldn’t use it any more.
We painted it with Benjamin Moore’s color Imperial Yellow, heavily distressed it, glazed it with Rustoleum Antiquing Glaze, and finished it with a satin clear poly. If you want to see how we paint furniture, check out our How to Paint Furniture post at FunCycled.com.

The drawers and top has room for a variety of cosmetics, jewelry and hair tools!
