Armoire Redo!

This armoire was sent to the basement and the next step was to give it away. New tv's no longer fit in it. I rescued it!

I did a crackle finish.

I put a framed mirror in the back and covered the wood shelf with a leftover piece of marble from a countertop. This is the piece from the hole made for the sink. I added a light at the top and some stemware holders.

I put a few slats in the shelf space where the electronics sat to make a wine rack. Lastly, I framed a pretty piece of material on the inside of each door.

We have almost the same armoire! Mine was honey pine, but I just whitewashed it. When we could no longer use it for our tv, myhusband made shelves inside and I now use it as a hutch in my dining for storing dishes, etc! Love your idea, too!
