I bought this white night stand at a flea market thinking I might paint it yellow and call it a done.
Flea market night stand
After trying some different yellows, ruining the decorative trim, and deciding that I didn't like the finish on the handles - I stopped to give myself some time to think about it. I knew I could be a little more creative.
Nautical upgrade
The nautical look is classic and popular and I've always loved the look, so I decided to try something a little fancier. I found a cool rope and anchor design and cut it out my Silhouette Cameo with adhesive vinyl. Then my husband added new rope molding.

I love the way it turned out and apparently, so did my friend, Kim, who bought it for her new house.
