How Do You Organize Your Jewelry?

Do you have any rhyme or reason to organizing your Jewelry? I did and I couldn't ever find what I needed in a moments notice. So I decided it was time to find something alittle different to use other than my Jewelry box.

Some of the pieces that I had hidden away I brought out and framed. I've had this piece since I was a teen, nothing expensive probably the cheapest piece I own but it has great memories and I am a collector after all.

I this pic I took an antique frame, added some batting and a lovely piece of fabric and WA LA a pin board to hang jewelry.

I have several dress forms, busts, and manikins that I drape my necklaces over. I can see exactly where they are.

Using another vintage frame and some wire I made a earring caddie. Next time I will use chicken wire for durability sake. I organize them from small to large to small so I can go right to what size or color I want.

For my bracelets I went around my house to see what I had to put them on. I found an antique lamp, a hand, and several vases. I even found a clear box.

(Here is the other half of the self in my bedroom) I love having my pretties out in the open, I can see what I have and I tend to use them more often. I think the whole key to organization is that it is neat, clean and you can find it easily. No rules just whats right for you. One thing that I know for sure when organizing it doesn't have to cost you a cent! More on that.

Here a picture of the cutest jewelry organizer that I have. Juliette is my 9th grandchild (I have 11) she just had to get into the act. I really love this little fire cracker!
