Shabby Chic/French Country Master Bedroom
This is one of my favorite master bedrooms I have ever decorated! My client has great taste, and together we created a lovely room!
My client already had her bedroom set, so what was needed was bedding, lamps, wall decor, drapes, a reading chair, small table, and accessories.
She wanted a very neutral palette. The design popped with textures more than it did with color. Her main bedding was white, with an off white quilt placed at the bottom of the bed.
Her drapes were a beautiful toile pattern. The lamps chosen were simple yet elegant.
On her dresser I placed two candle sticks with varying sizes. Then on the other side was a photo of the sweet couple, and a custom floral I made.
Her reading chair was a special purchase! The cane sides and back gave this bedroom a French Country feel. I found the small round table at a local discount home decor store, along with the small lamp.
A sweet ceramic flower votive was placed on the table as well. While I thought the table may need one more accessory, I wanted to make sure there was room for a coffee cup!
