Use an Oven Cleaner, many available in supermarkets etc. If not use a Brillo Pad (wire wool with cream cleaner). Follow instructions, If oven is really dirty it will take more than one go....But it will be worth it!
Electric, gas, glass top, the inside of the stove or the outside?
Hello. Are you speaking about the interior of the oven, between the glass or the cooktop surface? Some more information might be helpful to give you the most optimal.

You failed to specify if you have a gas or electric stove top, and from what material it is made . Different materials have different cleaning requirements. If you can access the user's manual on the web, you'll most likely find the recommended cleaning methods/supplies.
If you want to clean the inside and don't want ot use harsh chemicals, springle baking soda all over the baked on gunk. spray that with water and let it sit for at least a half hour. Then wipe down with a sponge that has a scrubby side. It's amazing how well it works!
Try sprinkling some baking soda in the oven. Then spray good old-fashioned white vinegar on the baking soda. Let it set for an hour or so. It will foam up creating bubbles. Come back later and wipe it all up with a clean damp cloth.
