Hi Evelyn, Here is my homemade recipe when I can't use vinegar. I use green of tincture soap(like 1/8 of a cup), and @ 3 capfuls of maleleuca oil (trader joes)...mix with water in a spray bottle. It smells good too.
Hi! My understanding is that you want a ph neutral product (a ph of 7). Here is an excellent article that goes into more detail:

From what I have been reading lately a Magic Eraser is safe for your shower floor. Here is a post in Houzz that I read. https://www.houzz.com/magazine/the-dos-and-donts-of-cleaning-stone-in-your-shower-stsetivw-vs~90056680
I clean ours with a broom, vinegar and powdered Ajax, then since I do not like the smell of vinegar I spray diluted lavender Pinesol with water (1/2 portions each). Comes out super clean and smells super nice.
Do not use a magic eraser, it will scratch the tile. This is what I use to clean the entire bathroom have been using it for years, It is good on glass shower doors as well.
Heat up 1 cup of white vinegar, mix in about 1/4 cup of Dawn Premium. Not the dollar store kind, because it is too thin. When mixed, pour into a spray bottle and fill with water. Shake. Spray down the grout and let it sit overnight. In the morning rinse. If you have stubborn stains, spray again. Use this mixture a few times a week. It will keep your grout and tiles clean. Also works wonders in the toilet bowl to keep hard water stains at bay. Oh you only have to heat the vinegar one time when you add the Dawn
You can do a cup of rubbing alcohol, 1 Tbsp blue dawn, fill with warm water and shake in a 32 ounce spray bottle.

I would try vinegar and baking soda first, natural and won't hurt your stone.
Hello there,
Try Bar keeper friend, if it doesn't work use a chemical cleaner like Crud Cutter.
