Lipstick usually requires pre-washing.
I wipe the rim first with a paper towel.
Never ever gonna happen. Should be pre washed or wiped off before placing in dishwasher. I have worked in many commercial kitchens and even those dishwashers do not get it off properly.
Change you wishwasher deturgent or temprature of cycle.
