Need the best ideas for inexpensive halloween decorations

I want to make a spooky scene around my home and really do not have a ton of extra money so I would like some inexpensive ideas for things I can re-purpose and make myself.

We did plastic milk jug ghosts with a hole in the back for led lights that chage color. Each ghoast is drawn with a sharpie face, each unique, and the lights give them movement. Cheap and cute

Plastic bags (white or black), , stuff with fall leaves, spray paint eyes on them, twist tie close. Stuff, then spray paint white bags orange, gather at top and spray top green, close with twist tie. Reuse for trash or garbage when Halloween is over.
