Build a fence around your garden. Hopefully your chickies are too lazy and well fed to fly over!
Cage your Garden off!
You may want to consider fencing off your garden area.
Chickens pretty much go where they want to go. You can try putting some fencing and avian netting around the garden to deter them. But short of fencing it in, they are going to go there
A fence is really the best or try covered raised beds. Here is a great example.
Taller raised beds also work great. These ideas help and still allow the chickens to roam the garden without destroying your plants.

My chickens LOVE the garden. They don't eat much but they do take care of the bugs. I just let them have fun and monitor their free-range time.
