I love creating during the holidays. There’s something extra special about making something with touches of holiday elements. I am so excited to share how to enhance a plain wreath.
Christmas wreath are everywhere during the holidays. They tend to all look the same. If you want something unique with a natural elements try this wreath idea. I had this plain wreath that needed something extra. I got my ideas from last year Christmas tree. I made a dried orange ornaments and hung them all over the Christmas tree. You can see it here. It was so pretty and made my house smelled amazing.
There are many kind of orange you can use but my favorite are the organic kind because the size is smaller than the traditional oranges. Organic tend to have more vitamin c which is great. If you have any left over eat one and you will find that they are sweeter than the traditional non organic ones.
- They look natural.
- They make your wreath smell amazing.
- Its unique wreath idea.
- You can display it inside your home as well as outside.
Slice around 30 slices not too thin to thick. Place on a cookie sheet over paper. Bake for 60 minutes at 250 degrees.
Once the slices cool off. Glue them on the wreath. 15 slices on each wreath will be the perfect amount of oranges for a full look.
