Snowman Boxes
How about these Snowman storage boxes to sit under your christmas tree to hide all those special treats in?
Quick and easy to make , why don’t you have a go and make your christmas extra special with this hand crafted decoration.
Paint your boxes with white acrylic paint and your small box black for the hat with black paint. Leave these to dry.
Punch silver glitter paper with your edge punch, punching enough to fit around the lids of all boxes. Glue these around the lids and then finish off with a ribbon edge above the punched out edges.
Punch out snowflakes using the snowflake punch and glue these around your punched out edges around the lids. In the middle of every snowflake glue a rhinestone for a glittering effect.
With the help of Sizzix dies, cut out required text for the front of your snowman and then glue these onto the three largest boxes.
Using a triangle of orange paper, make a cone shape to make a carrot nose for your snowman, glue this onto the smallest box, in the middle. Add two movable eyes to bring your snowman to life!
Tie a bow onto the rim of the hat and make earmuffs by bending flat aluminium wire to size and then glue two pompoms onto each end to keep his ears warm!
Assemble your snowman and then place him under the christmas tree, a great way to store those christmas treats.
