Hi! Rag wreaths are so much fun! You can use scrap fabric, or scarves from the dollar store. Here is a 4th of July one I made using bandanas from the Dollar Store, but you could follow the same idea using scarves https://ourcraftymom.com/make-a-fun-fourth-of-july-dollar-store-bandana-wreath/
