For anyone who is not familiar with what hobnail glass is, here are some examples. ( picture 1 below is hobnail milk glass).
Frequently milk glass is hobnailed, but it can be plain as well (see picture 2 below)
Hobnails are also seen on glassware that is not milk glass. (see picture 3 and 4 below).

Hello. I’ve seen DIY examples of this by using dollar store rounded stickers and placing that on the glass and then spray painting the entire project.
