How to keep lettering straight in scrapbooking

Are you referring to letters printed by hand, or to sticker type letters?

I would try using a ruler or stencils. You could even maybe plan your page out on a printer, print out your lettering and then add your photos.

Straight edge of some sort, even a piece of paper will do, ruler, faint pencil line. Whatever works best for you.

I use a see-through ruler. Works like a charm!

Use a ruler, draw a very faint line with a pencil then erase it as necessary.
