Hello. Some use fabric strips tied to cord or twine. I sometimes use seasonal dollar tree scarves cut into strips tied to holiday lights.

Cut your rags in to strips (whatever size you like) and then cut into short lengths that you can manage to tie or loop knot on to a frame (could be a wire coat hanger stretched into a circle. Fill it up with tied rags and display..........That's all there is to it! Have fun.
