Hi Theresa, do you mean the liquid pigment that's sold for mixing into resins to change their color? If so, yes, they're oil-based colorants so are fine to mix into polymer clay or use on top of it, etc, then bake. They're probably the same thing as artists' oil paints which can be mixed into or used on/with polymer clay too.

Yes, as long as they're oil-based. Water-based will not work because the moisture will cause problems during baking & curing.
Hello. Are you trying to re-color cured clay or new unused clay. More information about your project might be valuable to get the best answer to suit your needs.
Hi Theresa, yes you can. Here's a great article that explains all about resin pigments and what they can be used for - https://letsresin.com/blogs/articles/epoxy-pigment-guide-what-is-a-pigment-in-resin-art Enjoy, it sounds like a fun project
Because some materials like varnishes, paints, and glues can be softened by the plasticizers in polymer clay, compatibility with polymer clay is a common concern for clayers. Rest assured, both UV and epoxy resin work perfectly well on cured polymer clay.
