Look on back of glue boxes, or type in what glue to use for plastic. I should imagine it will be one that doesn't have a solvent!
I love super 77 spray adhesive. I use it for everything!
It all depends on the type of plastic it is. This is worth investigating because if it doesn’t bond, then the surface is ruined for another glue to do its job.
