Hi and thanks for checking out my project. I want to show you an easy DIY sculpture idea today.

To start my little project I needed a couple of items including this wooden box. I loved the bottom portion of the box because it would work as a perfect base for my DIY sculpture.

I am also going to use the large square dowels from the package of dowels.

To build the base of my DIY sculpture, I used a flat edge and pencil to mark the center of the bottom of the box.

Then, I used some No Nails glue to attach the dowel to the box bottom. This is a glue where you don't have to use nails...

but I did go ahead and add a little finishing nail to keep the dowel in place.

I also added a bead of hot glue around the base of the dowel for extra strength.

To build my modern sculpture, I used a big box of Tumbling Towers and start gluing them together.

I created a few different shapes before adding them to the sculpture tower by gluing them together with hot glue.

Once I had a few different shapes glued, I started building the sculpture by adding the blocks to the dowel. I created a mass cubistic shape using the blocks and just kept adding on and adding on.

I attached the blockers at all different heights and different levels.

Once the little piece was all glued together I left it to dry for a few hours and then used some black and gold spray paint to finish it off.

I love how easy this DIY geometric sculpture was and it cost next to nothing.
