Dollar Tree sells solar lights for $1. Homecenters, Walmart, Ace Hardware, etc.
Any home improvement store will have solar lights.
I've actually seen tons at the thrift stores and at the curb. Those are the best for upcycling projects, since they are low cost or free!
I have found them at the dollar store and Walmart.
Where do you live Helen? In my area even grocery stores sell solar lights. Hardware and home improvement centers, Wal-Mart, Target, any decent nursery, dollar stores, Costco, Sam's Club, etc. Just keep an eye out every time you shop.
My grocery store has seasonal items, and they do carry solar lights. But I have seen them in the 99c store, Dollar Tree, Home Depot, Lowes, and Walmart.
Walmart, Habor Freight, Home Depot, Lowes, Amazon, etc.
I have bought solar lights at Dollar Tree. Worked well too. And you're right Helen. There are a lot of different projects that use solar lights. Good luck.
