Recycled Glitter Jars #EarthDay

What do you do when you've saved 3 identical glass salad dressing jars, just because you love the shape? If you're a creative soul like me, then you find some way to make the pretty and display them of course!
I knew I wanted some bright and spring-y decor in my kitchen window above my sink.
I decided to use the same technique that I've used for years to make glittery Christmas ornaments from clear glass bulbs. And would you believe these flowers came from the dollar store?
Here's a video that shows some of the process, but if you want it explained in more detail, head over to the blog post. Thanks for reading!

If you don't like the jar look, you can always wrap a ribbon around the rim.
  • Oh wow. Things got a bit crazy up there. "not even an opinion, I just shared my opinion". Anyway. None of my beeswax. I love your jars. Loads of crafters are loving the fact that jars can prettified and useful and I'm a sucker for glitter. Love these!
