If you're a plant lover like me you're always in need of cute planters! This super quick & easy DIY can be used as a planter or a storage basket.

Heres how to make it...

All you need is an embroidery hoop (use the inner hoop without the metal clasp). A round wooden/cork board. And lots of wooden dowels.

Start hot gluing the wooden dowels to the sides of your round board. Make sure you use good quality hot glue or else the dowels will just keep popping out. You can use other adhesives too but I find hot glue to be quicker and less messier.

Leave as much spacing as you like you can eyeball the spacing but I used two wooden dowels as spacers to keep a uniformed look.

Once you have a couple of wooden dowels glued and secured in place hot glue the embroidery hoop on the top of the dowels. And just continue to glue dowels all around.

And you're done! Use it as a planter or a storage basket for your blankets! You can make these in different sizes & shapes.
