I love sanding, chopping and beating pieces of wood to create the Driftwood effect.
It beats going to the gym and my bingo wings have almost disappeared.
I then make a solid base to hold the mirror and eventually hold all the wood together to make a frame.
After all the pieces are put in place and with the help of a large metal candle holder, it becomes this lovely, large mirror. Now time for a cup of tea and much needed rest.

The candle holder addition is so cool! I bet it looks gorgeous with the candle lit.

Awwww thank you but I daren't light as I made it for a friend and if I did I wouldn't want to give it away ha ha xxx
