Washi Tape Temporary Wallpaper

Because we're planning to sell our house in the next few years and I know how much of a HEADACHE removing wallpaper is, I've been searching for some way to add excitement to our new Master Closet, and found the perfect solution. Washi Tape wallpaper!
I taped a hexagon design on our closet wall using washi tape. While the process took a while (these two rows of hexagons took about 1.5 hours), it really turned out stunning. And the best part is I can take it down whenever I want with no trouble.

I used a similar idea to dress up my old kitchen cabinets. They are plain with no design at all. So, after painting them, I used auto pin-stripping to create some interest. Sorry, pictures are on old phone. But, the stripes are white on blue and then I put various crazy pull knobs on all the doors too. (From Hobby Lobby) It's really cute .... until I can remodel the kitchen properly.
