Try the PictureThis app to identify this. Someone who lives in your climate zone will know better than I. I would think this one would be easier to trim and would always look nicer than the Arborvitea you posted earlier.

Agree with Janice about the extension service. Take a cutting into them to ID.
The leaves remind me of a rhododendron, but I would check with an app, another nursery, or Cooperative Extension.
