Hidden Knives

In my attempt to tidy up my kitchen, I wanted to get rid of my knife block. It was taking up space but did hold the knives...
I was wondering around Walmart for some washers (see here) and saw a $5 magnetic "tool" bar. That would solve my knife problem! Now you see it...
Now you don't! I just screwed the bar underneath the cabinet and transferred my knives to it.
The blades all reach the magnet at the handle, so there's no risk of cutting your hand when reaching for a knife.

Wow! So smart and definitely clears up a lot of counter space!

I LOVE THIS!! Did I yell that loudly enough? Omg, I have GOT to do this at our cottage, where counter space is small. I have seen magnetic bars used on walls, but it isn't convenient for us. This would work perfectly. Thank you!!!
