Easiest Way to Hang Things On Your Wall
I was always so nervous to hang anything on my walls without my husband's help! But, I saw a video with this simple hanging trick, and 8 now have the confidence to hang anything! Including items with multiple screw holes.
First off, gather your materials. I was hanging this oar towel rack in my powder room. You'll need the item you're hanging, tape, a hammer, nails, and a level is optional.
First, turn the item you're hanging over. Take the tape and tape it to the nail hole.
Next, extend the tape to cover the other nail hole(s). It should look something like this.
Then, mark the nail holes with the nails you'll use to hang your wall decor.
After the holes are marked, put the tape on the wall. This is where you can use a level, or eye it up to make sure it's a straight as you want or need it to be. I personally eyed mine up, as I was feeling a bit lazy!
Once the tape is up, hammer the nail right into the hole you marked earlier.
Once you've hammered your nails in place, hang your decor, and enjoy! This trick is so simple, anyone can do it! This gave me the confidence to get so much more done around the house without having to wait on my husband to help me out! I hope this tip helped you!

Our Dad taught us to hammer in a nail through tape to keep the drywall from cracking. Love this way to hang something that needs more than one nail! Thank you!
