Thank you for responding to my question. I have a cement pedestal that I want to use to put the glass shade on cause the cement shade broke. Will that work with the E6000 glue if I glue it to the pedestal and not harm the birds or other God’s creations?

What a great idea! That is a beautiful lamp shade! Beautiful bird bath
I would like to use an old glass light cover and place it in a plant stand. Have any suggestions? Not feeling over inspired right now.
Hi Julie and thanks! Your bIrdbath was an inspiration and I’m doing one, too. I am stumped: how do you stabilize the bottle over the stake? Is that what the copper pipe is for?
I love your glass shade birdbath, however I am concerned about using the E6000 glue. Is it safe for birds to drink the water from? You mentioned about butterflies drinking the water but not birds.
