i've read all the articles too, but have only found that using a lawn spreader, use LIME to sweeten the soil. this takes the bad plants away that they like to eat, and then they move tho your neighbors yard.
So sorry, that reply landed on the wrong post.
For moles and voles, we use Milky Spore to kill grubs. Once the grubs are gone the moles and vole will leave.not sure about chipmunks though. Hopefully someone else will have something to help you get rid of them.
Ground up Cayene pepper. Put it down the holes and fill the hole in, repeat when needed. Sprinkle in flower bed, garden, anywhere you think dogs and cats are using area for a bathroom. Won't harm the animals or humans--just burn nose a little and sneeze a lot!! Wear a nose mask while applying.
Mix vinegar and baking soda and make it thin and pour in the all the holes you find. after a day or two do it again. It something that you might have to do every other day or two and for about 2 weeks if needed. It runs them off and not harmful to them. Don't use water it don't work.
Call in the Professional Mole Killer!
One of the most common and effective mole and vole repellents is castor oil, which has an unpleasant taste and smell. Mixing three parts castor oil and one part dish soap with a gallon of water creates an effective repellent that can be sprayed on areas of mole activity. This is not only a repellent for moles; it’s also a good way to get rid of groundhogs, voles, and other rodents.
Hello, hope these help you.
