You can always paint or you could You could cover with composite flooring or make a frame and use treated lumber. Depending on weather in your area, if no freezing, you could level it and put down tile.

Stain it, paint it, tile it. Rugs are great too. My vote - stain it as it fades over time, and use a pretty rug or two. Once you have furniture, decor, plants and lighting, the floor is no longer the focal point.
