I would use a spray paint, but do several light coats.
Hi Lisa, I read quickly scanned through the link below but didn't see any info about paint beneath the marine epoxy, so it seems most any paint might work ok. I'd suggest using spray paint (several light coats) as Carrie mentioned previously.

Pretty much any paint can go under the marine epoxy, light coats will help avoid runs.
I have worked with total boat epoxy and they have pigment you can put right in the epoxy to give it any color you like
I like the way it looks now
Sounds like your safest bet is to try adding dye to the epoxy itself.
Glue first then paint. Epoxy needs a clean dry surface. Won't stick to paint. Just peel right off. You can use any paint but I suggest Rustoleum 2X spray paint. Several light coats will give you a smooth finish
Spray paint would work best with this.
Any paint should work under it
Hello, Acrylic paints are a great way to achieve awesome colors when painting with resin. I use small bottles of liquid acrylics. They come in a huge array of colors including metallic, neon, glow in the dark and glitter. Liquid acrylic paints are usually inexpensive
I would just use Marine Epoxy Paint by Rustoleum, or any boat paint.
Depends on the look you want, Weathered Copper? Clean Concrete etc.
I would use spray paint.
Pretty much any paint works under marine epoxy since the epoxy seals the item. You will get your best results using spray paint and in several like mistings.
