I love doing simple make-overs on chairs!
I acquired this chair for $1.00 on Craig's List!!
It had great bones but had been abused by a cat that loved to claw it.
And a dog that loved to chew it.
I applied a smokey blue paint and then did a top coat of stain that I wiped of as quickly as I added it to give it an aged look.
Then this beautiful material I found!
I just love the detail on the wood.
And the back. My favorite make-over so far!

What a great transformation. How did you adhere the new fabric to the old fabric? Also is that fabric trim along the edges? Looks great and will probably steal this idea. Thanks

@Repurpose Diva I took all the old fabric off. It didn't take that long to put the new on. I stapled it on. I used trim to cover the edges using hot glue to hold it on.
