Easily makeover your dining chairs with patent leather paint and fringe.
So many people have versions of these chairs I thought it would be fun to give them a new life.

Love the new Patent Leather paints from DecoArt. Also, it's easy to hot glue trim to vinyl IF you sand the area where you will be gluing first, otherwise it will come of eventually.
