You may have seen my post all about amazing floors recently and I told you that I wanted to try stencilling. Well, I bit the bullet. I did it! Woot woot! I made sure I watched some videos to know exactly what I was doing. No faffing about. It's all go round here!
This is the back door when the project was finished!
The Door before! To do now: Clean The Window.
Use masking tape to attach stencil to window.
Load your paint roller and roll over old newspapers to ensure you get a thin even coat. Start to paint in thin layers.
Keep adding layers then remove stencil and reposition
Use a chalk marker for any touch ups
Use a little scraping tool to clean up around the edges of the glass
Voila! Back door transformed. With a little extra privacy using a stencil and some chalk paint.
