Hi Debra, is it smooth? Could you carefully scrape it with a razer blade plus a product such as CLR?

Try a mixture of vinegar and Dawn Dish soap. Put it in a spray bottle (50/50) and spray it on the shower. Leave it to do the work then scrub with a plastic scrubber. It works great on soap scum and hard water stains.

Awesome spray cleaner from the Dollar Store. Use it full strength. Spray a small area, let sit for 30 seconds to 1 minute, use a tooth brush if yours is as bad as you say and you should be able to watch the grime disappear,.

All else fails use Easy Off No Fume Oven Cleaner in the BLUE can. Works on enamel, porcelain, and fiberglass. Spray it on, let it liquefy, rinse well. Open windows

Wet & forget shower will take it out over a bit of time. I had one similar. I have to use it weekly to keep it clean now.

try Mr Clean Magic Erasers or Mighty Boss cleaner it is awesome

Agree with William Easy Off in the blue can. The stuff is amazing. But use your exhaust fan and close the door to keep the fumes in that room.

I use a 32 oz empty water bottle with 5-6 oz blue dawn and fill with vinegar.Mix it up. Punch holes in the cap of the bottle and spray it all over the the tub/shower, let it set for at least 15 min. Then use a broom from the dollar store to scrub it down, rinse well. Keep the broom dedicated for this purpose.

This will clean your entire bathroom. Just do not use it on Marble or Granite. It is safe for any other stone or plastic.

Heat up 1 cup of white vinegar, mix in about 1/4 cup of Dawn Premium. Not the dollar store kind, because it is too thin. When mixed, pour into a spray bottle and fill with water. Shake. Spray down the grout and let it sit overnight. In the morning rinse. If you have stubborn stains, spray again. Use this mixture a few times a week. It will keep your grout and tiles clean. Also works wonders in the toilet bowl to keep hard water stains at bay. Oh you only have to heat the vinegar one time when you add the Dawn.

To put the shine back on you can either use auto carnuba wax or get some Gel Gloss finish to restore the shine. Be careful putting and buffing wax on shower floor, I would add a non-slip bath mat to prevent falls.

Get a box of Borax powder that on a wet sponge will clean it shinny

Have you tried Pink Stuff? It is a paste that works like Mr. Clean magic erasers. I've had a lot of luck with it.

An unusual fix might be Pert shampoo. I only say that because once I had a bottle leaking on the shower shelf. And it totally cleaned every place it had dripped. When I saw how it pretty much stripped away the grime where it had touched, I never used it again on my hair! But, give it a try, it's strong and caustic enough it might work!

You could try a 50/50 mix of vinegar and dish soap, warm up the vinegar in the microwave first. Put it in a spray bottle, spray, let it sit a bit, then with a light scrubber, give it a cleaning.
