What is a Cricut and what can one accomplish with one?

I have seen numerous DIY crafts that have been done by using a Cricut machine. They are really expensive, so I would like to know if this would help with projects.Thank you,Rory

Jill provided the site for you. Yes they are fun, but unless you think you will use it a lot, it is an expense, and so are the cartridges and supplies. I think they are cool, but I don't have the space to store, wouldn't have time to use often enough to justify expense. If you really want one, try purchasing second hand where someone is upgrading.
Hi Rory. It is a die machine used for cutting out shapes, letters, etc. You can use paper, fabric, felt. Most people use them to make cards and scrap books.
