Ikea cabinet repair help
Hello,
The drawer accidentally damaged the door of my IKEA kitchen cabinet, and IKEA doesn’t sell it anymore. I added a tape on it to avoid further damages.
My place is rented, so l need to fix it for my landlord. Any idea how to repair it?
Thanks for the help!

I would try some all-purpose glue to glue and smooth the finish that is still there and then touch up the bare section with some paint.
here are some ideas

Thermofoil over MDF. Cut out the damaged area with a utility knife. Fill with drywall patching compound. Once dry sand smooth and touch up with paint.
Here's some help for you:

I would add a wood trim. Cut to size and glue with construction glue then paint or stain.
Hello, I would re-glue the part that is peeling and then I would buy some color matched paint to touch up the area.
Thank you all! One more queen please: how can l match the paint? And what kind of paint is that? Sorry for my lack of knowledge! Thank you!
Hello. If your damage just is on the edge I believe you can buy an iron on or stick on replacement tape. Perhaps you could patch the area. I did this years ago and still have the most of the roll left over.
Additionally there are other repair products available you might want to look around the home improvement center and see what you can pick up there. Here’s some Amazon links for your review and consideration. Perhaps the Q&A and reviews might help to find its usefulness.Hope this helps.

That is not paint. It's a plastic called Thermofoil. If you plan to cut out the damaged part you can take it to Home Depot, Menards, Lowes and they can color match it for you.
You may need to re-glue the damaged part.
Bring the part into your local hardware store and see if they can recommend a fix or strong adhesive that would work well.

I would sand it lightly and find a paint that matches (use some various white paint swatches to get a more accurate paint color that will match it well).
They sell a wood kit at homedepot
If I understand correctly, this front door was installed on the door of some machinery. Consequently, there are fasteners that screw directly into the door itself. If it is made of soft wood, any door or rather its facade will deteriorate. I don't rule out moisture getting in there. And such species of wood as larch or cherry, very unstable to water. You better contact the service appliance fixed in no time to resolve this issue. You may need to insulate against water if the door is installed on the dishwasher.
I agree with Elena, I once had to have an appliance fixed in no time either. But if I had known then that I could not have solved the problem on my own, I would have immediately gone to a specialist instead of spending hours searching for the problem and its cause. I am so frustrated that I didn't get advice from you sooner. To recap: my washer turned off while doing laundry and all the water went under the floor. I looked for the leak, repaired the washer myself. And after 24 hours, I found water constantly dripping from the hose, although I continued to wash things after the breakdown. My whole floor under the house rotted. Never take on repairs yourself.
I would try some all-purpose glue to glue and smooth the finish that is still there and then touch up the bare section with some paint.
