Carpenters or Plumbers takeout old ones some in which are still good at least the lever they might have a yard where they keep them and probably hook it up free of cost if they where just going to throw them away
If you look online you can probably find the metal pieces you need. Check Ebay
Here's a link to a plumbing supply business. They have replacements:

Have you tried contacting the company? They might have some in stock. Maybe a Restore would have them, I know they carry toilets, not so sure about the mechanical parts.
we had the same issues as you Simone, so I ordered a metal on online through homedepot.com and picked it up at the store- that solved my problems of replacing it so often

I have the same issue, they are just made so cheaply now days. We are thinking about replacing the whole cistern for a better quality one. Ours is also plastic.
Hi Simone, here's an article with some more info. Also, in the passt, I've had good luck goiong to a plumbing supply store rather than some of the big box stores. Would be good to know the brand of your toilet before seeking help at the supplier although they are pretty standard.

Hi Simone, we had the same issue, then I called the manufacturer and they told me the part was under warrantee and sent me a new one.
Here are some metal levers on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/s?k=metal+toilet+lever&ref=nb_sb_noss_2
Hi Simone. Habitat for Humanity may have just what you need. They have all kinds of unusual items just like this. Try calling first, it may save you gas money. Not sure if they ship. Good luck Simone. Happy Holidays.
I would not waste time searching in Re-stores for a replacement lever part. The chances that you will find a new, clean, unwarped plastic one is extremely low.
IMO it is best to spend a few dollars more and purchase a good quality new metal one that will last longer.
Hello Simone,
If you can't find what you need try eBay!
Hello. Our local plumbing supply store has amazing inventory— if your local plumbing supply or big box does not have a suitable option you may want to consider Amazon they are many universal options available. Here’s a link to one

You might try a plumbing supply store though most things are plastic these days.
Lots of repair kits are available.
Check small hardware stores. Often they have things like this on hand. If not, they can always order one for you.
Hi, They are pretty cheap and should last quite a while..

This is a very individual system and I think it will be easier to buy a new toilet, unfortunately. They seem to have one system, but the details are very individual and in order to fix it, you will need to find parts from your model so that you can fix your lever. Personally, in my case, I could not find the parts for my model, and my husband and I decided to completely replace the toilet because we had a very old toilet installed. We decided to find something modern and I found on the site sanitaryreview.com new good models that are popular. In general, I wish you good luck to find the details, if you do not find it, then you have 2 ways out, creativity and buying a new toilet.
