I would try the synthetic scratch pads.
Use soft scrub to remove surface scratches, deeper scratches you can't do much.

Hi Jessica, make a paste of baking soda and water, apply it with a damp sponge to the marks, rub well, let stand for a few minutes, then wash as usual. Commercial stoneware cleaners (available at home-improvement or hardware stores) can also do the job
I would try Mr. Clean Magic Erasers, they do a great job of getting rid of scratches on walls.
