Install weather stripping. Any home improvement store will have what you need. -

WHEN YOU TYPE WITH ALL CAPS IT COMES ACROSS AS SHOUTING. Weather stripping is a great idea. Is the frame crooked when compared with the door or is the frame just deteriorated? Are the gaps all the way around or just on one side or top or bottom? If it is side is it hinge or lock side? -

NOT KNOWING IF THE DOOR IS CROOKED OR THERE ARE GOUGES OUT OF THE FRAME OR DOOR I WILL RECOMMEND A PRODUCT I HAVE USED. Bondo wood filler. Works just like auto body filler but is formulated for wood repair. Any hardware store should have it.
