Almost everywhere, Home Depot, Lowe's, etc. And many on line retailers.

And, of course, Amazon.
Just Google "where to buy stick on tiles" and see what turns up in your feed. You might be surprised what stores may carry in your area. I always like to purchase in person, best way to determine quality.
You can buy Smart Tiles at Home Depot or Lowe’s. 😊
Or you can order them direct from SMARTTILE.COM. They have a great selection, more than at the Home Depot I tried. I found one & ordered two boxes for a kitchen backsplash about 10' long, counter to cabinet bottoms. It was easy to install, wash & dry the wall, peel & stick. Cuts w scissors or blade for matching & lots of DIY videos on their website.
