Any ideas to repurpose no longer usable garden trolley wheels?

Lay it flat on the ground and use each spoke as a divider and plant different plants between each spoke.

The size of shopping cart wheels or skateboard wheels?

If they're no longer usable, I'm thinking they could be used as a decor item - maybe in the garden or on the patio. If you had a photo, I could be more specific.

12 inch plastic wheels including perished fat rubber tire. Sorry no photo at moment. Can use to take any sort of weight.

Would the wheels be large enough to make into this style of clock?

I did think I might take the tyres off and use the plastic wheel centres as some sort pf pulley wheel, but as yet can't think of a project. Maybe hang a rope over them and hang baskets or plan pots at the end. Or maybe use the centres as wheels for garden ornament? Don't know if I could cut the tyres all around the 1/3 in of tread and flip them to become small planters?? Maybe - thinking all the time!
