How would you make a jewelry box with legs into a tool or sewing box??
Do you have a project where a jewelry box with legs was made into a tool box or sewing box?

Susan: Each little compartment could hold various sizes of nuts, bolts and screws
Someone made a project showing this, but I can't find it. Has anyone seen it?
Hi Susan. I have a jewelry box on legs. Both sides open and have hooks for necklaces. Those hooks could be used to hang wrenches. On mine the drawers have compartments, large, medium, and small. You could use them to sort nuts, bolts, washers, and even small tools. I think a jewelry box could be made into a tool box easily. Good luck Susan.
Hi! A blogger I follow did this one:

I made this one some time ago. It would be easy enough to convert into a sewing or tool box. Do you have a picture so we can better advise. https://uniquecreationsbyanita.com/how-to-make-a-jewellery-box-cupboard-from-recycled-materials/
Hello Susan,
Difficult to advise without seeing a picture, but it should be only a matter of external look (Paint + Handles) and stashing your items.............I am making a multi purpose Box at the moment (Haven't decided what it's purpose will be yet)!!
Hi Susan, better advice can be provided if you're able to add a picture. I redid an upright jewelry chest into a sewing chest quite eaily. The drawers were used to store all sorts of sewing accessories and the side doors with hooks for haning necklaces I sed to store the roles of interfaceings and clear wrap used when doing machine embroidery.
I have a tall jewelry box on legs and the inside has a liner that is fabric so not sure that would hold up well for a tool box. Here is more info
