I like Ann's idea. You could make it a girl scarecrow by skirting the chair, adding arms to the sides to sit in the 'lap' and draw a face on the back of the chair plus a fun old straw hat. That would be so cute!

You could make the top of it a scarecrow head with a hat and then wrap the rest in fabric to mimic a scarecrow
