Best done a a professional to have re silvered. Not cheap. If perfection is not necessary, there are diy sprays you can use.

Both Krylon and Rustoleum have products that you spray on the backside of glass to make it into a mirror. You might need to remove all the remaining silver on the back of the mirror before using these products. You can also have the mirror resilvered but I know that is expensive and not all areas have people who can do that procedure. Good luck with your project.

Do you mean that your mirror is dull and unusable? I had one like that and decided it could be repurposed into something different, but really pretty.
