A slab door is a door without a frame or hinges, but usually includes a hole pre-cut for the doorknob. Once the door is hung in an existing frame, it just needs to be painted, and knobs added.

Keep in mind that it will be difficult to keep the edges of the wallpaper from catching, lifting off, and ripping. An easier-to-maintain alternative to wallpapering the entire door is to put wallpaper in the centre of the door only, then make a frame around by adding molding.

peel and stick wallpaper would be easier to remove if you decide to and easier to apply too but you could also paint the door

Use removable wallpaper and add panels to kick it up a notch.
