Easy No-Sew Winter Holiday Pillow

Easy
This no-sew pillow project is an easy way to add some holiday cheer to your seasonal decorating. This Christmas craft uses two pieces of fabric held together with ties, some paint, and some glitter glue, with just a few more embellishments.
Every year, I like to add a few new items to my holiday decorating, and I try to make new things out of the materials I already have on hand. This pillow project is great because it only requires two pieces of fabric and a few basic craft supplies and NO SEWING!

I have all the materials and directions on my blog at http://hubpages.com/art/DIY-Christmas-Craft-No-Sew-Winter-Holiday-Decorative-Pillow
The first step is to measure and cut your fabric to include a three inch fringe are all your edges. This fringe is used to tie your pieces of fabric together to form your pillow case.
Once your fabric is cut, you can start decorating your pillow cover. On one side of my pillow, I made a winter wonderland scene with a snowman. I used acrylic paint, a pencil eraser, and a snowman stencil to create this image.
On the other side of my pillow, I created a reindeer head using glitter glue, then added some buttons for decoration. You can find the directions on my blog at http://hubpages.com/art/DIY-Christmas-Craft-No-Sew-Winter-Holiday-Decorative-Pillow

@Hannah V Thanks! I had thought about this project for a while, just had to find time to pull it together. So glad I got it done in time to share with everyone before the holidays :)
