You don't need to be a brilliant seamstress or expert quilter to transform this gorgeous Little House on the Prairie fabric into a lovely table runner perfect for holiday entertaining!
Supplies for the no-sew table runner.
Gather your supplies ahead of time so you can work quickly and efficiently.
Christmas tree template
Print out the Christmas tree template (download link in article) so you can plan the center of your table runner.
Trace your trees onto a variety of fabrics
Use a variety of fabrics for the trees - we chose reds and greens to complement the country holiday decor.
Create the main table runner part with no-sew techniques for the hems so you don't even have to start up your sewing machine!
Arrange trees in a variety of colors/sizes
This is a great way to use some scrap fabrics, or try some new prints you want to test. Don't be afraid to mix up the sizes and colors for a scrappy look!
Add embellishments
What Christmas tree is complete without some ornaments right? Baby Carrie had a string of buttons to play with so they are the perfect embellishment for this beautiful Christmas table decoration.
